We have a “No Tipping” policy and here’s why:

we do not accept tipsWe align ourselves with the medical community at large and in doing so, we believe that tipping on top of what we charge per session is gratuitous. However, if you are pleased with your experience and would like to express your satisfaction, we take great pleasure in the referral of your family and friends to us. We always love reading reviews of clients whose expectations were exceeded by choosing to come in to Boulder Bodyworker.

Our 24-hour Cancellation Policy:

At Boulder Bodyworker, we value you as a friend and client. We strive to provide a relaxing, educating, and healthy atmosphere. Our therapists treat everyone with respect and trust, and so deserve the same in return. They work a limited number of hours each week to ensure the best possible care. Under these conditions, the clinic must reserve the right to charge the full fee for a missed appointment with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice. We will use our discretion when charging fees. Also, the right is reserved by the clinic to charge the full scheduled fee for tardiness of appointments.

The Boulder Bodyworker is not responsible for confirming or reminding clients of appointments. Our auto e-mail and text reminder service is offered as a courtesy. We are not responsible for incorrectly typed e-mails, e-mails sent to spam folders or bounces from e-mail service providers.
